- On May 17, 2010, FiM and G4 announced as The Hub's new show.
- In September 29, 2010, the blog was created and FiM introduced character videos, succeeding G3.5.
- On October 10, 2010, FiM premiered with 11 season 1 episodes in 2010.
- G4 introduces the Mane Six: Twilight Sparkle, Pinkie Pie, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Fluttershy, and Spike the Dragon.
- G4 releases voices for the Mane Six: Tara Strong, Ashleigh Ball, Andrea Libman, Tabitha St. Germain, and Cathy Weseluck.
